Building confidence and capability to drive positive change
Our aim is to support all staff to reach their full potential, here you will find information on learning events, local improvement stories to inspire you and other links to educational and training resources.
Our curriculum
We have developed a learning curriculum that is based around our methodology for improvement and uses a ‘dosing approach’ to building improvement capability. The curriculum builds knowledge in improvement science at different levels based on role, position and involvement in improvement to ensure that people have the right amount of QI knowledge needed to effect change locally. Fundamentally we want all our staff to understand our improvement methodology, why it is important and that it is everyone’s responsibility to improve and innovate every day and our learning offer has been created to provide this support in a variety of ways.

See the individual drop down sections below for information on the courses we currently have available.
